Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations. This role ensures smooth check-ins and check-outs, handles guest inquiries, and reconciles daily financial transactions. If you are reliable, organized, and have excellent customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Balance and audit the day’s transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records
- Prepare daily reports and manage hotel reconciliation procedures
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Monitor hotel security and maintain a safe and quiet environment
- Assist with light housekeeping or front desk duties as needed
- Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
