We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Ensure that floors are clean and well-maintained through regular sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Conduct thorough custodial duties, including dusting, polishing furniture, and removing trash.
- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas such as entrances and patios.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks during off-peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
