What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Crowne Plaza?
The Crowne Plaza hotel in Warwick, is looking for a guest services agent who will act as a front desk/ concierge/shuttle driver. The candidate we are looking for would need to be comfortable in checking guests in/out but also jumping in the shuttle when needed. Big personalities to WOW our guests is a must!
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service professionals! Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. The candidate we are looking for would help facilitate excellent guest satisfaction scores.
Scheduling flexibility is a must. Shifts can be a mix of 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. The candidate would need reliable transportation to and from for both shifts. Willing to work overnight is a plus, you would earn more hourly!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
