## Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to oversee exterior and interior renovation projects for a high-volume construction company. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of projects from start to finish using Builder Trend software.
## Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete renovation projects, including planning and budgeting
- Travel to job sites to ensure proper scheduling, quality of work, and safety
- Maintain strong communication with clients and contractors
- Conduct inspections to ensure code compliance
- Manage project budgets, including tracking costs and processing invoices
- Identify and mitigate potential delays and budget issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material deliveries
- Develop and manage construction timelines
- Conduct client walkthroughs and manage punch lists
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
## Required Skills and Experience
- 3 years of Multi-Family Project Management (Renovation) experience
- 3 years of Construction experience
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in time management and budgeting- Proficient with BuilderTrend or other construction management software.
- Negotiation and buy-out expertise
- Customer service-oriented mindset
## Knowledge Areas
Concrete repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior renovations, clubhouses, dog parks, fitness centers, and re-roofing
