What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager- Multi-Family position at Crowned Eagle Construction?
PM Responsibilities
-Change orders- Review prior to submittal to Estimators and/or Customer.
-Schedule and conduct pre-construction meetings.
-Interviewing & Hiring- advertising for new PM’s ect.
-Thursday morning meeting Responsibilities- Topics and direction, Coordinating with other Sr. level management to execute and relay; Company successes, trainings, policy/procedure updates, birthdays, anniversaries, ect.
-Work with the Sales/Estimating staff on building scopes, buy out process and contract review.
-Work with Estimators/Sales to ensure smooth Transition between Sales/Estimation & Field. --Plan and coordinate upcoming projects in the pipeline via communication with Sales/Estimating and upper management/ownership.
Customer Communication
-Communicate with stakeholders throughout the various regions regarding new, ongoing and upcoming projects.
-Be informed of all projects, deadlines, and customer expectations, ensuring schedules are made and maintained.
-Seek feedback from customers to ensure they are happy with Crowned Eagle.
General responsibilities
-Oversee larger construction projects from pre-construction to close out in the Houston area.
-Engage with clients during off-hours to build long-term relationships and nurture an open dialog of upcoming projects w/ clients.
-Travel (as needed) between Houston, Dallas, Austin/San Antonio to QC/QA ongoing projects in various regions.
-Build, maintain and continue recruiting sub-contractor base.
-Resolve all customer conflicts in a timely manner.
-Actively review and manage budgets, construction timelines, quality & safety standards.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
