Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and responsible individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at the pool area. This is a paid position that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce pool Rules and Regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool, including restocking supplies and removing trash
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking water quality
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Must be CPR certified
Qualifications:
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests of all ages
