Solutions in Recovery is looking to hire a dependable, out going Community Support Coordinator to help support our clients. Solutions in Recovery partners with Crownview Co-Occurring Institute to provide the best out patient mental health and addiction services.
In Person, Monday through Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm
Hourly rate : $23-25 / hour

SUMMARY
The Community Support Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and support structure to the client environment, creating a welcoming and safe environment which is supportive to the recovery of the client and their engagement to the treatment process. He / she also functions as an advocate for the client, seeing that the appropriate staff support services are provided and assists the client in receiving these services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Community Support Coordinator (CSC) will work with the Program Director to conduct weekly / biweekly walkthroughs of all clinical facilities for hazardous and / or maintenance issues.
- Will directly oversee all maintenance personnel in completing jobs assigned, producing work orders and accounting for all expenses.
- Responsible for monitoring the checking-in and out of clients at 212 facility using proper policy and procedure.
- Supervision of self-administered medications while clients attend groups at 212 facilities.
- Supervision of client schedule tracking ensuring all clients arrive at scheduled clinical appointments on time.
- CSC will ensure that all client incidents that occur at CCI clinical facilities are documented in accordance with compliance standards.
- Will attend all mandatory staff training and complete assigned online training courses.
- The CSC will oversee the Community Service Program, scheduling all 12-step onsite H & I meetings, etc.
- CSC will be responsible for all group attendance, ensuring all clients attend groups, and will provide documentation for any interruption to group attendance.
- Ensuring clients are meeting all program hours in correlation with clients level of care.
- Other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal to high volumes of stress.
