Crowther Roofing and Cooling is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in Fort Myers, FL. The position is a 40-hour weekly shift, Monday - Friday.
- Answer phone calls, emails, etc. in a informative, professional, and timely manner.
- Understand the privacy act, proper ways to address customers and how to make the customer feel that their issue has been addressed.
- Answer questions about organization and transfer or refer callers to the appropriate party.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls when appropriate, and provide addresses, directions, and other releasable information.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Manage executive and conference rooms calendars.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes mail and packages.
- Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Performs other duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, collating, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
