Job Overview:
Join our dynamic accounting team as a Fixed Asset Coordinator, reporting to the Fixed Asset Manager. This role supports the Accounting and Finance teams, focusing on month-end close, account analysis, and reconciliations related to Fixed Assets and Intangible Assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume capex invoices and disposals daily.
Reconcile capex projects on a daily basis.
Prepare monthly capital spend analyses.
Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting.
1 years of accounting support experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel; Smartsheet and Oracle experience a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, independent, and a team player.
