Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator with a background in the food packaging industry. The ideal candidate will operate and adjust a gluer machine, ensuring high-quality production that meets customer specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and adjust the gluer machine, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Prepare the gluer for operation, maintaining quality and consistency in output.
- Perform make-ready tasks for high productivity and precision.
- Oversee and assist general technicians on equipment.
- Maintain quality control, ensuring jobs are error-free and meet standards.
- Adhere to OHSE and Clean policies, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, promoting cooperation and excellent performance.
- Lead and motivate the crew to improve work quality and efficiency.
