Job Title : Quantitative Engineer

Location : Bridgeport Pennsylvania (hybrid)

Open on W2 / C2C

Only local candidate in Bridgeport Pennsylvania (No Relocation)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Quantitative Engineer to develop and enhance quantitative research and analytics. This role involves implementing research projects, extending analytics code, integrating new data, and collaborating with portfolio managers, risk teams, and IT.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and improve quantitative research models and analytics.
  • Extend existing codebase and integrate new data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across investment, risk, and technology teams.
  • Manage and monitor large, dynamic data sets.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and SQL / database knowledge.
  • Understanding of financial instruments is a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Bloomberg PORT / MARS, Barra, or Aladdin is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
