This role involves working in a fast-paced trading floor environment , troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Trading Desks, and Development teams .
Key Responsibilities :
- Support trading applications , investigate order rejects, trade breaks, and exchange issues .
- Monitor and enhance trading systems , develop automation tools , and improve system reliability .
- Assist Compliance & Risk teams with regulatory inquiries and permissions.
- Manage incident resolution , conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely communication.
