Job Summary:
The Welder IV performs advanced welding operations, including RT & UT quality vessel, pipe, and nozzle welds. The role involves training team members, troubleshooting welding issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, Carbon Arc Gouging).
- Conduct RT & UT weld inspections and repairs.
- Lead and train team members.
- Ensure safe, efficient welding operations with minimal repairs.
- Set up and operate welding equipment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of welding experience.
- Pass 6G pipe weld test.
- Strong knowledge of welding specifications and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret welding drawings.
- Ability to lead and make decisions under pressure.
Work Hours:
Mon-Fri, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm (OT after 40 hrs, weekends as needed).
