Role Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees small work teams in a high-paced, unionized manufacturing setting, ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Execute production plans, analyze issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
Monitor and enhance quality KPIs, prioritizing issue resolution.
Manage workforce allocation, absenteeism, and team training.
Lead Kaizen projects for safety, cost, and quality improvements.
Requirements
✅ Must-Have:
High school diploma/GED
2 years of supervisory & manufacturing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work any shift, including weekends & overtime
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $29.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
