What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Communications Manager/Director position at Croy Engineering?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update, create, and/or manage development of marketing collateral to promote Croy’s brand (i.e., ad campaigns and artwork, promotional videos, templates, brochures, capability flyers)
- Develop and maintain online content for Croy’s website (com)
- Develop and send Croy’s monthly internal e-newsletter, The Roundabout
- Develop and distribute a quarterly e-newsletter to support Croy’s external brand awareness and capabilities; work to develop and grow the external distribution list
- Write press releases for external distribution, maintain media outreach lists in each state where Croy is located, and cultivate relationships with key media contacts
- Lead the development and submittal of award nominations, leadership development applications, and presentation abstracts for Croy and its team members
- Support efforts to manage and grow Croy’s social media presence
- Support efforts to cultivate a positive culture at Croy through internal events and initiatives
- Create graphics to support presentations and marketing materials
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Croy’s capabilities, clients, and projects
- Lead the development of proposal and SOQ submissions and/or assist with proofing these documents on an as-needed basis
- Attend events on behalf of Croy and assist with conference attendance and/or booth appearances on an as-needed basis
- Continually implement processes to drive efficiency in all areas of the job
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- An eye for graphic design and aesthetic elements
- Ability to adeptly organize and manage multiple deadlines and projects
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a competent, motivated, and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our growing team. This position works to support Croy’s more than 100-person team across three Southeastern states. This position will have a critical role in marketing Croy, our capabilities, and our people, while also helping to win work and create a culture that is fun and challenging.
