POSITION TITLE
Proposal Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare responses to formal Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs) that are consistent with Croy’s standards, submitted on-time, and include accurate information.
- Prepare responses and information requested by external teaming partners.
- Lead our internal proposal and SOQ preparation process, including leading meetings with team members, sending follow-up communication, communicating all pursuit needs with subconsultants/teaming partners, and executing action items.
- Create, update, and/or edit project descriptions and master resumes.
- Assist in the development of creative ideas and graphics for various proposals and SOQs.
- Maintain a pursuit tracking spreadsheet and provide an update to leadership weekly.
- ·Monitor, research, and identify RFP and/or RFQ opportunities that align with Croy’s talent, client base, and/or service offerings.
- Assist with other duties, such as internal events and other marketing-related tasks, as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proposal/SOQ preparation experience in the A/E/C industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop)
- Detail-oriented team player
- Effective time and project management skills, with the ability to adeptly organize and manage multiple deadlines and projects
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for graphic design and aesthetic elements
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, along with a positive team attitude
