CNTA is adding licensed mental health therapists to support mental health outpatient clients, including implementing treatment plans, completing daily progress reports, providing crisis intervention, facilitating therapeutic group activities, supervising clients, and enforcing program rules.

Your main goal will be to provide high quality, professional, competent, compassionate, and outcome-based behavioral and mental health therapy services. As a licensed clinician, you can expect to :
- Perform a variety of direct clinical duties in the outpatient setting through in-person, telehealth, or a hybrid as well as in various professional on-site settings. These include, but are not limited to application of individual, couples, family, group, emergency triage, and organizational / corporate wellness treatment modalities as they pertain to trauma.
- Perform thorough and accurate psychosocial evaluations, initial assessments, developing and implementing master treatment plans, providing timely documentation of treatment and providing high quality, professional, competent, compassionate, and outcome-based behavioral and mental health treatment, as well as for ensuring appropriate discharge planning / aftercare referrals and performing various types of community outreach.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.
- Serve in an on-call rotation for crisis intervention needs.
- Have the flexibility to schedule your clients in a way that suits your lifestyle!
Requirements
Master's degree in social work or professional counseling. Master's degree must be Pennsylvania equivalent with a minimum of 60 credits. Copy of degree and transcripts of all academic degree completion must be provided.
