Responislbities:
- Follow all isolation precautions according to policy and procedures
- Assist with feeding the patient
- Assist patient with walking
- Accompany patient for tests, procdures and transfers
- Understanding the need for providing a safe environment
- Act immediately to mitigate risk
- Monitor and document patient behavior
Requirements:
- High School Education or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospital or healthcare experience a plus
- Willingness to learn and desire to understand patient safety required
