Position Summary :
Answers an operator’s console and workstation telephone in order to relay incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls; performs various hospital communications and clerical duties. Completes all calls for entire staff.
Performs duties in support of the Medical Center mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.
Education and Training :
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience :
One to two years experience in computerized telecommunications system and operator=s console within health care setting.
