What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ultrasound Technician (Per-Diem) position at Crozer-Keystone Health System?
As an Ultrasound Technologist at Crozer Health, you will perform Diagnostic Ultrasound Scans, as ordered by physicians, under the indirect supervision of a Certified Ultrasound Technologist.
You will also be required to take On Call shifts on the weekend and overnight on-call shifts on week days.
Performs associated duties to maintain high quality standards in an efficient department. Performs duties in support of the Medical Center mission. This position serves all ages of patients.

Responsibilities :
Perform Diagnostic Ultrasounds
Prodcue quality sonograms
Evaluate patient study and history
Ensure appropraite tracking
Troubleshoot equipment
Maintian supplies
Requirements :
Education and Training :
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Program
Must be a registered graduate of an accredited Allied Health program with a minimum of two years full-time direct patient contact
Mandated and Permissive Reporter Training
Experience :
- Must possess adequate scanning experience in the above mentioned areas. This will be evidenced by the successful completion of Clinical Practicum I – III.
