Essential Functions :
Manage a portfolio of CRP’s regional and national accounts.
Build relationships (likeability) and understanding (credibility) with every customer
Implement sales strategies that leverage CRP’s unique value proposition by customer, resulting in continuous account growth.
Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure that key account growth objectives are achieved.
Trade Show Representation – Serve as a Brand Ambassador for the CRP Automotive’sbrand portfolio at major customer and industry tradeshows presenting the company’s product portfolio, purpose, vision, and values.
Promote and maintain sales relationships through close personal contact, visits, phone calls, mailings and E-mail.
Apply accurate understanding of the client’s financial status and business drivers that sell CRP offerings.
Accurately forecast all business 12 months out and communicate sales activity to executive management.
Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in determining win-based proposals and pricing strategies.
Provide regular feedback on business opportunities and forecasts to management.
Target all business opportunities with each account and execute against a plan to attain that business (i.e. qualification and scoping, negotiations, relationship building, information gathering, and closing strategies).
Identify customer’s relevant business issues and identify the appropriate course of action.
Manage client expectations regarding implementation and delivery.
Establish and maintain in-depth knowledge of CRP’s offerings.
Promote, arrange and deliver technical sales meetings, product trainings, and sales support.
Manage all customer data including net pricing, contracts, special instructions, etc.
Assist with the development and implementation of verbal and written strategic account management plans and reports.
Sales Promotion – Drive the sales of products and services to both new and existing customers while maintaining an extensive understanding of current market conditions and trends in the automotive aftermarket within the U.S.
Requirements : Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience in related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant outside sales experience with a proven track record meeting, supporting and growing portfolios with an annual quota of $7.5 Million
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at the front line and manager level.
Superior problem solving and resolution skills along with ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills (written, oral and presentation).
Proficiency in Window Applications; MS Outlook & MS Office, & ERP Systems including CRM.
Buying group responsibility / acumen.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment.
