The Reservation Coordinator is responsible for handling reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize revenue according to resort standards. The Reservation Coordinator is also responsible for group blocks and reservations. We need YOU on our Reservations Team! We value our associates time and efforts. Our commitment to your success is enhanced by our competitive compensation and extensive benefits package including : Full 401K match up to 6% Tuition Reimbursement Referral Program Flexible Schedule JOB DUTIES Answer incoming guest calls to book reservations or assist with existing reservations Follow procedures to make, cancel or change reservations Working with Rally groups and making group reservations Building group blocks Monitoring resort inventory, maximizing site placement for arrivals Monitoring daily arrivals and special requests Maximize vacation rental revenue via online booking sites Maintain guest database and profiles Maintain accurate filing system and group tracing Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Assist guests with pre-arrival concierge services and stay upgrades Maintain excellent understanding of amenities and activities at the resort Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required. Other duties as assigned.
