CRS Temporary Housing is a leader in our industry providing temporary housing solutions to individuals who are displaced from their home due to loss. Working with insurance companies and the policyholders, we provide a variety of solutions to make this difficult time easier.
Our office is located in North Central Phoenix. New employees will complete in office training for approximately 4 - 5 weeks. Additionally, employees will work in office until they show proficiency in the role which could be up to 90 days, Then they may start working from home on a hybrid basis, and will be required to come to the office periodically for training and/or meetings.
Computer and phone equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.
This position will serve as the main point of contact for all Furniture vendors for CRS and acts as a liaison between the vendor and policyholder to ensure rapid resolution to any change requests. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.
- Answer incoming/perform outgoing calls
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Provide information and assistance to internal teams throughout process when necessary
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, partial pickups, issues and exchanges with policyholders and vendors
- Service customers as needed outside of normal business hours, particularly during catastrophe (“CAT”) season.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt and proper resolution of questions, issues and problems via email/phone
- Attain and process vendor Quality Assurance Reports
- Receive inventory requests and provide those as needed
- Review and manage pick up schedules to ensure accuracy of requests
- Process the initial furniture order promptly
- Utilize the most cost-effective vendors to increase profitability
- Responsible for properly and accurately quoting all requests for new housing claims and changes to the initial orders (add-ons, exchanges, etc.) in a timely manner
- Acknowledge urgency to assure quick closing of deals
- Meet vendor deadlines on a daily basis in accordance to contract terms
- Prepare all necessary documents in compliance with vendor contracts
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to set, meet and exceed goals.

- Must be solution-oriented and have the ability to efficiently multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Stable work history with excellent attendance.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Typing speed of 40wpm or better preferred.
