This company is an employer of about 50 administrative employees and 400-500 employees including its collective entities. Summary Objective :

Seeking a detail-oriented Construction Analyst with a strong focus on ad-hoc initiatives and reporting. This pivotal role requires industry knowledge, ability to adapt, and a firm grasp of Microsoft Excel for Reporting and various presentation tools for External Presentations. The ideal candidate will leverage these skills to analyze, optimize, and streamline business processes within our dynamic operations team. Candidate Requirement(s) / Preference(s) / Qualification(s) :
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Qualifying degree (Bachelors or Masters) or Certifications
Advanced Proficiency of Microsoft Excel. Grasp of advanced formulas, Macros, VBA

In addition to these qualifications and program skills, we would also be looking for candidates who have a strong attention to detail, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and are passionate about driving process improvements that result in increased efficiency and cost savings for the company.
Location : Hybrid Schedule. 1 Day / Week Remote. 4 Remaining days Lynbrook, NY.
Time Requirements : Full-Time ( 8-4, or 9-5pm M-Fri)
Estimated Start Date : Urgent Hiring.
Pay Details : Estimated $55,000 – $65,000 annual compensation based on prior experience and qualifications. Eligible for additional performance-based compensation.
