Our Dietary Workers are responsible for the following duties:
- Teach, train, and assist residents in food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, etc.
- Prepare attractive meals in three consistencies, follow menus and use standardized recipes, and prepare diets as prescribed by dietician.
- Follow production sheets and serve food according to portion control and analysis.
- Be aware and practice good sanitation procedures
- Check food and supply shipments, store food properly, and rotate stock.
- Interact appropriately with residents, dietary manager, dietitian, and other staff.
