CRST's Dedicated Solutions division is focused on service excellence to retailers and producers who need consistent, dependable, high-quality delivery services. We provide customers the flexibility of a private fleet, without the expense. Dedicated Solutions is divided into East and West divisions.
Location : Boron, CA
Job Schedule : Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm. Rotating Saturdays.
Compensation : $110,593 - $176,949 is the full starting salary range (Pay Bi-Weekly)
- A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range
Job Summary :
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a fleet of trucks. Their main task is to ensure the fleet is well-maintained, meets legal requirements and is operated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs. They are responsible for managing and developing relationships with drivers to increase overall driver satisfaction and improve driver retention. They also work closely with drivers to coordinate deliveries and ensure they arrive at their destination on time. Communication, analytical and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of the annual base salary.
