Home Solutions works with high-profile retailers to deliver, install, and assemble large items like furniture, exercise equipment, and appliances. This valuable service helps our retail partners meet the needs of the growing home-delivery market.

• Location :
• Sparks, NV - Supports Home Depot
• Schedule :
• Hours of operation are 5am - 8pm Monday-Saturday. Employee will need to be flexible to cover different shifts throughout each week.
• Compensation :
• A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range. This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of annual base salary.
• Job Summary :
• The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
• Accountable for the operational efficiency and quality of service against predetermined goals for a market
• Reviews cost, quality, and customer service metrics and works always towards improvement
• Exercise professional judgment and diplomatic approach to issue management and resolution
• Hire, train and maintain on-going relationships with location management building a high impact team, including review and development of direct reports
• Acts upon deficiencies to ensure workload is being assigned to best-performing motor carrier partners
• Identify, escalate and execute on management-approved opportunities for increased productivity for the account
• Point of contact for assigned stores for basic issues regarding deliveries from the store
• Address and resolve motor carrier partner questions and concerns as well as validate weekly motor carrier partner pay
• Compliance with obligations as outlined in client or third-party warehouse agreements
• Professionally manage the coordination of load-out and ensuring everyone has assigned orders on a daily basis
• Manage the day-to-day POD process including collection and weekly audit of documents
• Responsible for the compliance of all administrative paperwork associated with business activity including, OSHA, carrier partner credentials and cargo paperwork if applicable
• Seek and solicit local market independent motor carrier partners for contracting, following compliance objectives, operational standards and cost efficiencies.
• Act as a liaison between local customers, warehousing partners, motor carrier partners and the CRST Corporate Office.
