THE POSITION
Reporting Structure: The Recruiting Partner reports to the Manager - Recruiting
Role and Responsibilities
The Recruiting Partner leads full-cycle recruiting for one or more CRST divisions, driving candidate engagement, hiring execution and internal partnerships to meet dynamic business needs. This role also contributes to process improvement and cross-functional projects that improve hiring outcomes company-wide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting – Own the recruiting process from intake to hire, including sourcing, screening, interviews and pre-employment
- Candidate Experience – Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to create a smooth, responsive hiring process
- Cross-Division Support – Flex recruiting support across CRST divisions as hiring needs shift
- School & Campus Engagement – Represent CRST through school partnerships and DE&I initiatives
- Internal Partnerships – Act as the recruiting liaison in cross-functional and customer-facing meetings
- Startup Execution – Hire talent to meet deadlines for new business launches
- Strategic Pipelining – Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for future needs
- Project Support – Contribute to recruiting projects that solve complex hiring challenges
- Continuous Improvement – Drive process enhancements that improve recruiting efficiency
- Recruiting Standards – Promote consistent hiring practices across teams
- Mentor Support – Provide guidance on tools, systems and processes to support peers
- Event Recruiting – Attend events to identify and connect with potential talent
- Headcount Management – Track open roles and align recruiting progress with staffing plans
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Strong relationship-building skills across hiring teams and functions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight
