Location : La Mirada, CA
Job Schedule : Core hours are 6am-3pm Monday through Friday with the expectation to be available if and when safety concerns come up.
Compensation : $56,314 - $90,127 is the full starting salary range (Pay Bi-Weekly)
- A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range
Job Summary : Ensuring the safety and compliance of an organization with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. Safety and compliance professionals play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing safety programs and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. They conduct risk assessments, identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks. They also provide training to employees on safety protocols, investigate accidents or incidents and ensure compliance.
