Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas sector and be able to build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the multi-state sales territory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and field assessments
- Recommend CRT Measurement Services' products and solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and technical presentations
- Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM software
- 5 years of outside sales experience in oil & gas, industrial automation, or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of measurement equipment, valves, and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingsness to travel across TX, OK, and LA
