Pay: starting at $15/hr
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Dates: July 7, 2025-July 19, 2025.
This job is specific for summer employment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as a Coffeehouse worker at the Cru national staff conference. We will employ workers for up to two weeks. Coffeehouse summer jobs begin Monday, July 7, 2025, and end after the workday on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

The Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing:
- Support Directors in planning and addressing the team’s needs to align with organizational goals.
- Create a communication channel for employees to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Train and develop team leads to effectively mentor their fellow team members.
- Provide training for leads on safety protocols, customer service, and dress code standards.
- Manage shift scheduling for team members
- Order inventory as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Assist with and maintain equipment, including coffee makers (calibrate), grinders, popcorn machines, and refrigerators.
Experience and Skills:
Age 16 and older are preferred but we do allow 14 & 15-year-olds; they can be hired if qualified (according to state guidelines).
Must be able to be on feet for 4-8 hour shifts
