The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:
We are looking for an individual who enjoys engaging with others and can offer friendly help to our staff. You'll help assist with inquiries, answering switchboard calls, and engaging in problem-solving activities to solve customer needs. You'll assist with managing the reservation system for large conference rooms, help with room set-ups, and offer technical solutions to room needs. You'll work closely with our Maintenance, Security and Housekeeping teams for events. You'll manage our internal paper store and microstore by forecasting inventory needs, ordering supplies, overseeing sales, and handling payments. You'll participate in coffee machine restocking, troubleshooting, and inventory management. Help with content creating internal signage, coffee machines, and internal all-staff emails.
Experience and Skills:
High School diploma.
3 years of customer service experience.
