Summary: This role is responsible for preparing the daily donation deposits for each of our operations.
The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Prepare the committed batches for deposits in multiple imaging operations and run the necessary deposit reports ensuring the balance of each portion.
- Extract batch data information from multiple imaging operations, running the upload in the donor system to import the batches, run queries and analyze any errors produced by the upload and make the necessary corrections while referring to the images that are stored in the imaging software system.
- Close and approve all completed batches within our donor system to generate our receipt run.
- Complete Cru’s cash deposit by accurately following cash handling procedures for preparing and completing cash deposit. Scan back up and prepare it for the cash operation’s deposit and extract into the donor system.
- Process and complete the deposit for all incoming wires and wire imports. Maintaining, scanning into the wires operation and organizing all wires received as well as generating the wire imports received daily to be upload into the donor system.
- Maintain and run the daily archive process in order to transfer and store images to the image database for research purposes.
- Analyze and complete reports for deposit adjustments.
- Work closely with the Research Team and the Financial Services Group to reconcile and resolve any questions pertaining to donations processed.
- Verify source documents to determine specific donation, designation and donation processing procedures; analyze unclear donation information and refer to Donor Research as necessary.
Experience and Skills:
High School diploma or GED and 1-3 years of clerical experience.
