Enterprise Business Analysts are driven innovators, dedicated to tackling complex business challenges with creative solutions. Armed with deep expertise in Cru's platform capabilities and constraints, they lead the charge in finding optimal solutions, collaborating closely with a diverse array of stakeholders and development teams. Their role is dynamic and impactful, as they design and execute strategic test plans, support their colleagues in rigorous testing, and ensure systems remain top-notch in both quality and functionality.
The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Understand, identify and analyze business/ministry needs and processes, conducting requirements gathering and defining the scope for those objectives. Defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
- Solicit, understand, and document the customer's business requirements, processes, and workflows, developing written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows
- Provide detailed end-user documentation as well as documentation that outlines new, difficult processes
- Create the functional specifications that meet requirements, serve as a liaison to the developers building those functions, and work with the user teams to test the developed functionality
- Develops and executes test plans and scripts designed to detect problems in software applications and systems software.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through both delivered and custom application platform functionality
- Work closely with other Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle and demonstrate existing and new functionality to the customer stakeholders.

Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in software development or technical problem solving.
- Lean Six Sigma, CBAP or CBPP Preferred
