Pay: Starting at $15.75/hr
Part-time (23hrs/week M-F 12:30 pm-5:00 PM)

DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE:
Serve as the afternoon (12:30-5:00) Receptionist for the Athletes in Action HQ building.
Utilize a computer to enter data and prepare reports
Lock front doors at the end of each business day.
Assist callers or visitors with general information about the ministry, directions to the property, fax number, websites and other related information
Answer phone and route calls/inquiries to appropriate staff, take messages as needed
Maintain security by following assigned procedures
Receive and notify staff of the delivery of packages from express mail services (FedEx,
UPS, Amazon, etc.)
Communicate between the supervisor and staff, the public or, other ministry officials
ensuring the AIA mission is expressed
Assist with other related administrative/clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and
faxing
Help prepare for special events, providing general clerical duties such as putting together packets,
Experience and Skills:
Two years’ college level work in office management and three years of experience in secretarial
or office management positions of increasing responsibility, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.
