Crucial Hire is growing—and this isn’t your typical staffing firm gig. We’re a boutique, but we’re not small-time. We work with some of the most impressive and recognizable companies in the world. Many of our former placements now turn to Crucial Hire to help them fill their most critical roles.
We’re built to compete with the best, and we’re just getting started with major growth. This role is the most senior external, client-facing recruiter we’ve ever hired—making this a highly strategic move.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proven Executive Recruiter and leader who can run their own desk, lead high-impact searches, and partner directly with me (Zach Nold) on retained HR placements for some of the most respected companies in the country.
Responsibilities
- Experienced agency recruiter who has specialized in HR, Finance, or IT
- Relationship-builder who can own the business conversation
- Principal-level recruiter who wants junior staff to help fill job orders
- Producer who’s ready for a performance-based, uncapped opportunity
Required Skills
HR is all we do. (Not Engineering. Not Marketing. Just HR.)
Preferred Skills
- You’ll plug into 20 years of warm leads and enterprise clients
- You’ll work directly with me—not buried under layers of management.
- You’ll help shape the next five recruiter hires we’re making in 2025.
- We have remote staff and are building our Midwest Recruiter team now.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus—but hustle, talent, and credibility matter more.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
We’re looking for Big Billers with integrity and discipline. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for high-risk, high-reward salespeople who are confident in their ability to bring in happy clients, satisfied placements, and steady revenue... and who want to be rewarded for it.
The right person won’t want a base salary with a bonus. The right person wants uncapped commissions with unlimited growth.
