Key Responsibilities :
- Design a strategic talent acquisition plan targeting top talent across all levels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Marketing and Sales Directors, to create compelling job descriptions.
- Refine the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our skill requirements.
- Drive talent planning, develop career progression paths, and mentor managers in staff development.
- Offer consultancy on morale, productivity, ethics, and development.
- Bridge the gap between management and employees to achieve organizational objectives.
- Integrate our core values into HR practices and procedures.
- Manage HR and compensation initiatives, maintaining compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with external counsel as necessary.
