You’ll collaborate closely with the Sr. HR Generalist and CHRO , supporting an energetic and diverse workforce. This role is all about people-first HR , helping employees thrive in a creative and fast-moving production environment.
What You’ll Do
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Be the go-to HR resource for our amazing team members.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and process all employee changes (new hires, terminations, LOAs).
- Support timekeeping accuracy, payroll administration, and benefits inquiries.
