Valley City, OH - Concrete Factory Production Associate

Want to get certified in operating cranes, forklifts, welding or a CDL License? You can do that at this employer, as well! Upward mobility and internal promotions exist at this employer!

Progressive Pay Scale Based on Experience.

17 / hr to start, over $20 / hr after 45 days with more room for growth as you progress !

Overtime Available – 5-10 hours per week at 1.5x!

Quarterly and Yearly attendance bonus - get paid for being reliable!

Profit Sharing – approx. $300-400 per month!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Produce high quality precast concrete in accordance with specifications.
• Stripping and setting up concrete forms.
• Reading shop drawings and / or prints.
• Maintain clean and safe work area (5S).
• Will operate forklifts, bridge / gantry cranes, and production equipment as required.
• Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
