Crucial Link is hiring in
Valley City for a
Filter Technician – Septic Service Department
Monday – Friday – Dayshift – Occasional OT
20 / hr to start - eligible for raise and benefits once hired, including bonus pay.
Temp-To-Hire - hired after approximately 90 days.
Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
Must be able to reliably commute to Valley City.
Must have HEP A / B vaccine or be willing to get it.

Entry level position, Experience not necessary!
All new hires will receive the necessary training for this position.
Are you someone with experience as a service technician, irrigation technician or entry level experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical knowledge of small motors or pumps?
In this position one would operate equipment and machinery in the processes of cleaning, sanitizing, and assembly of filter components.
Essential Functions
- Operates filter washer machinery
- Performs as needed repairs on filters
- Able to disassemble and reassemble filters and aerators for cleaning and packaging
- Always maintains a safe work environment
- Assists in receiving and inventory as needed
- Willingness to learn septic and pump systems
- Willingness to develop new skills and progress current skills
- Willingness to assist other departments as needed
