Crucial Link is seeking an experienced candidate for a DIRECT HIRE position as a Maintenance Mechanic at a leader in the thin gauge inline thermoforming industry, located in Cleveland 44135 on Industrial Parkway.
The ideal candidate will be someone seeking long-term stable employment with an established company for the foreseeable future.

Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic
Location : 44135
Salary : $27-30 / hr, depending on experience.
Schedule : 1st Shift Monday – Friday, 8-hour days with hours ranging from 6 : 30am to 4 : 15pm.
Job Description :
The primary responsibilities will include maintenance of machinery and facilities at an established thin gauge inline thermoforming operation, working closely with the team of Maintenance Technicians, already in place within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance and a passion for ensuring optimal performance and safety in our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team’s activities for all production machinery and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain thermoforming machines and associated equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs and improve equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Assist in planning and executing facility upgrades and modifications as needed.
