Service Technician - Waste Water Division

Monday – Friday - First Shift– Occasional Weekends

The ideal candidate will be able to perform Light Service on Septic Tanks – Changing out Aeration Pumps and Filters. The work is relatively local to Valley City and the surrounding areas, but much of the job will consist of driving a company vehicle from the shop to the customer and back to the shop several times per day, as the work dictates.

This is an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION – On-The-Job training is included, and you will earn more as you learn more!

Progressive Pay Scale Based on Experience.

17 / hr to start , over $20 / hr after 60 days with more room for growth as you progress!

Pay Rate can start $20 for experienced candidates.

Overtime Available – Upon completion of training - 5-10 hours of OT per week at 1.5x!

Once Hired by the Host Employer :

Quarterly and Yearly attendance bonus - get paid for being reliable!

Monthly Gain Share (Profit Sharing) – approx. $200-400 per month for helping the company meet their goals!

Essential Functions

• Performs maintenance and repair on residential and commercial septic pumps systems, control systems and aeration systems
• Performs preventative and predictive maintenance
• Safe operation of company owned vehicle
• Reporting all MOV and field safety concerns to management
• Act as company customer service representative when needed which includes but not limited to sales transactions and communicating customer concerns
• Willingness to learn septic and pump systems
• Willingness to develop new skills and progress current skills
• Willingness to assist other departments as needed
