Collins Roche Utley & Garner is expanding and is seeking to hire a full time civil defense attorney in its Westside Cleveland office. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years practicing law and recent experience handling insurance related civil defense casework. The ideal candidate should also be able to independently handle cases from intake to resolution, including trials in a variety of insurance areas including auto accidents, personal injury, general casualty, premises liability and construction. Having current experience independently handling these types of cases and a comfort level with litigation tasks, process and trial work should prepare you to step into the job.
