Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, sole proprietors.
- Respond to IRS notices
- Meet with clients to do business consulting & tax planning
- Review financial statements for multiple small to mid-size businesses
- Answer questions from clients regarding taxes or their business
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- EA or CPA preferred but not required
- Two years of tax and accounting experience preferred but not required
- Good verbal and written communication skills to help individuals and business clients to understand their situations
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently
