GREAT NEWS!!! CRUISE CONTROL TRANSPORTATION INC. IS EXPANDING IT'S HEAVY DUTY TOWING SERVICES. We are seeking experienced CDL-A Heavy wrecker operators to join our rapidly growing team! We have and opening in our Sturbridge, MA location. We offer internal training and promotion opportunities. All employees will be involved in police towing and recoveries, as well as standard towing and roadside assistance. MUST HAVE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!

Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a Wrecker to various locations for both Towing & Heavy Recovery.
- Must be able to obtain MA Hoisting 1B license within 6 months
- Offer Roadside Assistance including Tire Changes, Lockouts, Jump Starts, etc.
- Effectively communicate with dispatchers and management.
- Crane/Rotator experience is a plus, but will train
- Accommodate customers with exceptional Customer Service.
- Keep your assigned truck clean and organized.
- Maintain a clean and approachable appearance.
Qualifications
- Towing or related experience is required.
- A valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- MUST BE EXPIERENCED IN HEAVY TOWING.

Duties
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Transport materials to designated areas within the facility
- Perform routine maintenance as needed on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities
- Min 2 Experience operating heavy duty tow trucks
- Proficient in manual transmission operation
- Knowledge of flatbed operations and securement techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Valid commercial "A" driver's license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
