Job Summary

Join the Home Office Team of the largest network of Franchise Travel advisors in the United States and Top Franchise company in the nation, with a growing footprint in all 50 states. This role is directly responsible for cultivating relationships to grow sales with Tourism Boards and All-Inclusive Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a hotel or tourism board background and be responsible for directly maintaining and developing partner relationships, negotiating preferred agreements, marketing investment and securing participation at Cruise Planners events. This is a hybrid role (Mon & Fri virtual) and based in Coral Springs, Fl. Headquarter office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tourism Boards, Hotels and All-Inclusive Partners for continued sales growth
  • Identify new opportunities to partner with Tourism Boards, and All-Inclusive properties
  • Negotiate preferred partner agreements, to include but not limited to exclusives offers, promotions and commissions
  • Research technology communication tools (API) and provide feedback and make recommendations
  • Craft customized Marketing Plans to optimize opportunities on a consistent basis
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to position partners in Cruise Planners initiatives that generate results
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide feedback and recommendations for increased ROI
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets and ensures timely invoicing of initiatives
  • Lead weekly business reviews with partners to review performance, booking trends and opportunities
  • Ability to analyze revenue reports and pacing towards goals
  • Collaborate with Events Team to optimize partner sponsorship opportunities at Cruise Planners events
  • Stay current on industry trends
  • Leverage all internal communication channels to convey opportunities to our network of advisors
  • Participate in Trade Events or Conferences as necessary
  • Limited travel will be required in this role
  • Infuses a positive, overall entrepreneurial spirit to the internal and external customer
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experience

This is a hybrid role (Mondays and Fridays – remote and Tuesdays-Thursdays on-site)
