Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of 4-person Marketing Management team including project trafficking and production management for all marketing projects, from digital campaigns to collateral materials.
- Coordinate the execution of annual and incremental travel partner marketing plans and provide direction on messaging/content to maximize ROI and meet sales goals.
- Use marketing automation tools, audience segmentation and engagement metrics to reach the right consumer base with relevant messaging.
- Field project/program requests from all departments and evaluate for feasibility with AVP, Marketing.
- Define and communicate project/program scope to marketing team and coordinate efforts between designers and other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, Training, Technology and other Home Office departments on multi-tiered projects and implementation of new programs.
- Identify areas of opportunity for new marketing projects/programs company wide and work with AVP, Marketing to implement improvements and new initiatives.
- Proofread marketing materials and ensure consistent brand alignment and adherence to guidelines.
