Job Summary
As a Hotel Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel reservations, confirming
reservation details, bed types, and guest names so that the travel advisor has a seamless booking experience for their
clients. You will need to be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and well organized to be able to coordinate travel
reservations for guests with the appropriate hotel company.
Responsibilities
- Contact hotels or other third-party partners to confirm reservations and ensure all details are accurate
- Verify names, bed types, special requests, and other booking details with the property
- Respond to agent inquiries regarding reservations, changes, or cancellations in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve agent concerns related to booking errors, requests, or special needs.
- Maintain detailed records of phone calls made to properties, communications with third party vendors and hotel team.
- Identify and address discrepancies in booking information and work proactively to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation processing and address any operational challenges.
- Provide regular updates on bi-weekly calls of any customer service issues with hotel partners or pending confirmations that need escalation.
- Input verified reservations into our hotel back-office platform.
- Assist Navitrip team with any other duties as required.

Requirements
- GED or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
This is a hybrid role (Mondays and Fridays – remote and Tuesdays-Thursdays on-site)
