We are seeking an up-and-coming Project Manager to support luxury residential projects across Los Angeles . This role will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team throughout the build process, assisting in all aspects of project execution. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of construction processes, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating field sequencing.
- Support the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy in bid packages.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for owners, architects, designers, and building officials.
- Work with the Project Manager to track project costs and conduct detailed profitability analysis.
- Help coordinate and review shop drawings / samples for accuracy before release.
- Ensure timely processing of subcontracts, material purchases, submittals, clarifications, and changes to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain project documentation, including bid package records, contracts, plans, specifications, and change orders.
- Collaborate with finance to prepare monthly requisitions and oversee payment follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving client concerns and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project.
