- Design & Technical Expertise: Lead the design and technical development of lighting projects, including inverter transitions and AC to DC conversion.
- Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to support project execution, from initial design to hands-on implementation.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of detailed proposals and technical quotes, often involving complex, multi-month projects.
- Client & Investor Communication: Communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Deal Support: Provide technical input and support during the deal process to help close projects successfully.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and other engineers to ensure project specifications and client requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in electrical engineering, specifically within the lighting or solar energy sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in inverter technology, AC to DC conversion, and hands-on design work.
- Communication: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to confidently convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Project Experience: Experience in preparing detailed proposals and managing technical aspects of long-term projects.
